Postage Prices and Information

CORONAVIRUS – We are still trading online wherever possible and whilst Courier and Postal companies are still able, some items maybe out of stock, please can you leave a message to say if items are out of stock whether you wish to wait or receive a refund. Please note if you are self isolating please can you make us aware so we can inform the delivery services and they can take appropriate precautions – Thank you and Stay in and stay Safe!! (Delivery services may take longer than mentioned)

SHIPPING TO IRELAND – Postage may be delayed due to the Brexit transition period, please contact us for details.

We endeavour to try and get you the best postage/carriage cost where possible. However the way the internet store works all goods purchased will be lumped together under one delivery and sent out as one parcel. In some areas this can work out quite expensive! If you think the postage/carriage cost are expensive please give us a call (01803 664196) before you complete your order as we may be able to send your parcels a cheaper way by splitting the order up. Unfortunately once the order is complete we cannot do anything to help – Sorry.

For standard delivery 2nd Class Signed please allow up to five working days from the date of the order, although it may vary throughout the year depending on demand and rural areas.

Collection in person – Allows you to order your goods and collect them from our warehouse, saving delivery costs.

Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Dispatch for International orders may vary from quoted price, if this causes concern please contact us for accurate postage costs.


At Mike Cornish’s we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. Please phone and let us know about the return or exchange on 01803 664196. Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice.

Please send via a secure Post Office service – such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (Insures up to £500). Please ensure that you wrap the package securely. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post when being returned to us. Upon receipt of the goods we will either send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. The following stipulations will apply. All goods must be in a saleable condition as follows:

  • The tags have NOT been removed
  • The garment item has NOT been used, worn or damaged
  • The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.

We will issue a refund or send out an exchange within 28 days, and you will see a credit in you Paypal account or on your Debit/ Credit card after approximately 3 -4 working days where applicable less the postage charges.

If an exchange is required, you will need to pay postage for the new garment to be sent back out to you.

Although we issue the credit straight away it takes time to work its way through the banking system – some building societies can take up to 10 days.

Where faulty or damaged goods are received please contact the store on 01803 664196 within 7 days of receipt.
Advice given by staff members regarding sizes and fitting of items is their personal opinion. We will advise to the best of our knowledge but the final decision is yours.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for wrongly ordered sizes of garments, gloves, boots etc and although we are more than happy to issue an exchange we will charge for return postage.
